My recent stay at Palace Popowo Stare was a delightful escape into history, nestled in the beautiful grounds surrounded by ancient trees and a serene pond. This charming Baroque manor house, with its lavish Rococo ballroom, offers a unique blend of comfort and tradition that made it an ideal spot for our anniversary. While it may not boast the polished luxury of a city hotel, the authentic Polish cuisine served at breakfast and dinner was a highlight - I particularly enjoyed the locally sourced dishes that tasted like they were crafted with love. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home, and they even organized kayaking trips for the adventurous souls among us. For those seeking a quiet retreat in a picturesque area - with the nearby Przemęt Landscape Park providing ample natural beauty - this is truly a magical place to unwind and reconnect. I would highly recommend it for couples or anyone looking for a bit of peace away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
